Browser Annotation Overlay

Draw directly on the live stream preview and have each completed stroke composited onto the encoded stream in the container. Supports webcam, HLS VOD, and RTMPS live input sources.

Local Preview

Ready

Draw on the local preview. Each completed stroke is sent as a PNG over HTTP.

Stream Output

Stream will appear here when live.

Configure the matching output Stream profile inSettings to derive the player URL.

How it works

  1. Click Start Streaming to load the stream source and prime a transparent annotation canvas
  2. Draw on the local preview. On each completed stroke, the browser uploads the latest raw PNG snapshot over HTTP
  3. Webcam chunks are uploaded over HTTP, while direct input URLs are pulled by the container
  4. The container decodes the PNG snapshots and composites the annotation layer into the video stream
  5. Processed preview media returns through Durable Relay, or the container sends it to your RTMP destination
